What are your business hours?

Business hours are from 9:00 to 18:00.

Can I check in before 15:00?

If room cleaning is finished, yes.
Note that we can hold your luggage during business hours even if room cleaning is not finished.

Is it possible to check in after 18:00?

We kindly ask guests to check in by themselves outside of business hours. Please contact our staff for more details.

Is it possible to have my luggage held after I check out?

We are not able to hold luggage after guests check out.
However, we rent out wire locks for safe storage, so it is possible to store luggage in storage locations inside the building at your own risk.

Is it possible for more than two adults to stay in one room?

The limit is two people (double bed). If you wish to add one more person, there will be additional fees.

Is it possible to cancel a reservation?

Yes. Please see our cancellation policy.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes, if there are rooms available.

Can I send my luggage to the facility in advance?

Yes. Please contact our staff in advance, and arrange to have it arrive at the office during business hours.

Is breakfast included?

No, breakfast is not included.
However, all rooms are equipped with a kitchen, so it is possible to prepare your own.
In addition, given our location close to Kyoto Station, we can recommend many shops that serve delicious food. Please contact our staff for more details.

What amenities are provided?

We provide bath towels, face towels, slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and face and hand soap.

What is the method of payment?

It depends on the site you used to make your reservation, but in general, payments are made in advance by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or PayPal. It is also possible to pay by bank transfer to our designated bank account (guests are responsible for bank transfer fees) or by cash at our office. If you wish to use a different payment method, please consult our staff in advance.

Will the room be cleaned during my stay?

The room will not be cleaned during your stay.
However, we do provide extra sheets and towels.
In addition, please feel free to use the washing machine and vacuum cleaner provided in the room.
*For stays longer than one week, we provide free room cleaning depending on the length of the stay.
*Room cleaning service during your stay is available for an additional fee. Please contact our staff for more details.

Is there Wi-Fi in the room?

Free Wi-Fi is available in the room.
Each room has its own password, so please check the information provided in each room.

Does the room have an iron and ironing board?

Our rooms do not come with an iron or ironing board.
However, we can arrange them upon request at no additional charge. (There is a limited number of irons and ironing boards, so we may not be able to meet your request.) Please handle the irons with care so that they do not cause a fire.

What if there is an emergency at night?

Our office hours are 9:00 to 18:00.
However, we respond to emergency phone calls during and outside business hours.
If there is an emergency, please call from the emergency telephone at the Front Desk on the 1st floor, or call 050-5306-1273.

What happens if I lose my key?

We give two key cards for each room.
If you lose your key card, we will charge you 3,000 yen for each key card that needs to be reissued. If you request that we unlock a room outside of business hours, there is an additional charge of 5,000 yen. It may take some time for us to respond to emergencies at night. Therefore, we ask that you take care not to lose your key cards.
